Amazingly light and much smaller than expected with 1.2m cable. I was positively surprised. Perfect for quickly locking the helmet on the bike or skis, poles and helmet. Definitely deters casual thieves.

The thin, braided steel cable is encased in transparent plastic and is very flexible overall. This allows things to be connected together easily and in an uncomplicated manner and thus offers basic protection against opportunistic thieves who would swipe things without additional tools. The large red button on the side is used to unlock the cable winder, ie when you press it you can pull out the cable or it will be rolled up again using the spring. The medium-sized button on the opposite side is for releasing the cable lock, which you can snap into the cable lock ("release button"). The lock is delivered with the number combination 0000. This can be changed to any combination by holding down the very small button while setting this combination and selecting a desired number wheel by number wheel. As soon as this small button is released, the set number combination applies. You can put the lock of the steel cable in the lock after connecting the objects to be secured, it then snaps into place.Then you set the number combination to any other number (or 0000 again) and the lock can no longer be released from the lock. It can only be opened again once the previously selected combination of numbers has been set again. The setting of the selectable combination of numbers was not clear from the marginal description of drawings on the packaging, but I was able to deduce it myself by trying. The matte, very soft-looking quality of the plastic as a whole, which gives the Combiflex a high-quality feel, should also be mentioned. It is a recommended product.

Great ending. Advantages compared to various other locks is that the cable is just a bit thicker, about 2.5 mm, and an additional advantage, which was not in the description (or I must have looked over it) is that the cable is plastic coated is. The latter is a big advantage because then my bike will not be damaged. And the, measured, length of 1.20 meters is also delicious during use.
