Size S fits 180cm 67kg nice and snug. Well ventilated, the protection is very thin, barely noticeable under a jersey, protectors are actually very flexible so it fits your body position great. I much prefer it over the more cumbersome Ixs Carve. Only downside would be the chest protection not going towards the back enough and lower back not being protected enough.
