Product description Assos Cento EVO Bib Shorts

Cento Evo is a culotte for men . The garment offers adequate adjustability throughout the training. The combination of textiles and technology helps keep the garment in place.

The shorts offer a comfortable wrap of the legs with compression support. Other elements offered by the garment are: combined stretching; one in four directions and another that offers support in the thigh area. In your body you will perceive that the garment fits smoothly by not having hems.

The cycling clothing has a viscoelastic foam to reduce additional weight and generates the necessary support on each route. To help the passage of air, the Assos brand includes a textile design that increases air flow. Both sides of the bib shorts have no seams, which offers freedom of movement and three-dimensional adjustment. It includes reflective bands around the thighs for better visibility in low light conditions. the evolution of our iconic cento, fully loaded with refined details and its proven long-distance-comfort recipe.

cento is synonymous with long-distance comfort, and the latest iteration of this staple, fully loaded bib short takes that sentiment a step further. enter the t cento evo: our favorite comfort fit platform, evolved with an updated insert ,,and refinements throughout.

we began with the same type.439 textile for the main panels, as it´s incredibly comfortable against the skin. with two different rates of four-way stretch, it also delivers a nice, compressive hold for a smooth, supportive wrap along the thighs. this proprietary fabric provides exceptional breathability, and it rapidly transfers moisture to its quick-drying outer surface. as with the original cento, the fit is a touch more generous around the lower abdominals than our racingfit options, and we added our new raw-cut zerowaist to ensure a smooth and comfortable hold on a variety of body types.

the back panel is constructed using our acclaimed y7 frame carrier design and stabilizator mesh, resulting in a flat, stable structure that disappears between the shoulder blades for a smooth, supportive hold. in terms of the insert, it’s our new black cento evo, featuring 10mm of plush memory foam and kukupenthouse for dependable comfort and support on every ride.

cento s7 evo: the cento elastic interface insert, evolved. new black colorway, and our proven 10mm of memory foam, this insert ,,is nestled at the intersection between comfort and performance.

3d waffle: a patented, three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.

goldengate: a patented technology that interrupts the stitching along both of the insert’s side panels, allowing a more three-dimensional freedom of movement in this sensitive, rotational area.

kukupenthouse: a soft, brushed microfiber layer added to the front part of the insert ,,that supports the male anatomy, eliminates pressure, and increases ventilation.

y7 frame carrier bib tech: wide, flexible bib straps converge at the upper back in a y-shape design, resulting in a flat, stable structure that disappears between the shoulder blades.

stabilizator v3: dorsal stabilizer in a solid mesh with limited vertical stretch. includes updated line graphics.

ultralight leg grippers: a light silicon treatment woven into the leg bands, which reduces fabric bulk and secures the shorts in place without any excessive pressure.

zerowaist: a raw-cut, tape-reinforced edge for the smoothest transition possible between the body and fabric panel. more comfort with less pressure.

reflective bands: placed on the backs of the thighs for added visibility.

regularfit: optimized for total comfort in the riding position, with a more relaxed cut than our second-skin racingfit.

Finally, I got two pairs of perfect bib shorts for medium and long-distance rides. I´ve tried several pairs of shorts since I started riding 10 years ago. Thanks to the recommendation of my close friend, I came to get the best quality bib shorts. Bib shorts are my first try. Now I am ready to ride through the nation from north to south next month. I can´t be happier now.

The Rolls Royce of bibshorts. Got them for upcoming Audax 1200. Got two pairs of Centos. These are a step up in comfort. Just did 4.5 hour Trainer ride in them on Zwift and super comfortable

A little short

Height 170 cm, weight 65 kg, M size. It is a regular fit, but the fit is stronger than expected and the inseam length is rather short. The very elaborate putt has a frassivo effect. It's not a product, but previously expensive bibs came with chamois cream, but none. The box is also cheap and I am a little disappointed.

After several long outings nothing to say these shorts are really comfortable. I measure 1.78m and weigh 78kg and size L is ok, M will not pass. Otherwise shorter on the thighs than what I am used to.
