Looks a bit old fashioned ... but works perfectly on the Basil panniers which the kids bought as a Christmas present for my wife. Given the affordable price/solution .... I even bought 2 x such sets in the hope that I could also use them for my non-Willix panniers ... so not from the Basil brand. Which I also managed to do ... not great but good enough to be easily removable.

It is very convenient as an accessory for my Basil brand bags, the plate is well fixed to the rear luggage rack of the bike and then also the handle to carry the bags, easy to mount on your bike I recommend it.
