Nice looking bag

Nice looking bag. Looks smaller than I expected it to be - it looks similar size as my 9L bag, but I have not used the bag yet. But very disappointed with the delivery and customer support. It was due to be delivered within a week but was not despatched until after the expected delivery date, which was far too late. I tried contacting customer support to find out when the delivery would be despatched but it wasn’t very useful.

I like it very much: it is beautiful, of resistant quality, easy to put on the bike and can be used perfectly as a "normal" bag.
