Product description Blackburn Local Top Deck Pannier Rack
Made from solid aluminum, this rack secures your cargo and also acts as an integrated fender to protect you from dirty road spray and splatter. Perfect for commuting, long-distance adventures, or everyday grocery runs, it’s an update on a classic design, renowned for stability and ease of use. The Top Deck is ultra-versatile, too. Use it front or rear with just about any road or mountain bike. It’s width adjustable and works fine with disc brake bikes.
Features:
- Front or Rear Capable: With the push of a button, the 2’Fer can switch between a white 60 lumen front light and a red 20 lumen rear light. Holding the button for 2 seconds turns the light on and off, and pushing the button once changes modes between white solid, red solid, white flashing and red flashing. The light also remembers which mode you were last using and turns on in that mode.
- Disc Brake Compatible: Sometimes these newfangled disc brakes get in the way of accessory installation. This product was designed to make sure that isnt an issue.
- Width Adjustable: Adjustable width design works with most road and mountain bike hub and tire widths, without having to twist or bend anything.
- Swivel Mounting Hardware: Our mounting hardware is designed to easily attach using braze-ons, brake boss or p-clamps. The unique design allows the attachment to swivel and work at odd angles … making it fit on nearly any bike.
- Light Clip: A great point of attachment for your front or rear light … compatible with most Blackburn and other brands lights.
- Aluminum Top Deck: This solid piece of aluminum adds strength to the rack, but also acts as an integrated fender.

Unfortunately the product came without instructions which made installation a little difficult (many unnecessary parts which makes it complicated when we try to install without instructions), but there are videos online that help. Works perfectly on 29´´ wheels.

Light & sturdy rack. Easy to install. Face some difficulties to install due to Squareness of product. Slight bending need to be done. Overall it’s a good rack to have on your bike.

Pretty solid and looks sturdy. However, had difficulty installing, especially the swivel arm or maybe it's because of my bike's geometry. I had to install the swivel joint on the diagonal tube instead of the vertical tube. I have Jami's beatnik with 700c tires. But overall, it's a great product.

Very sturdy luggage rack, good workmanship. Due to its adjustment options, probably adaptable to all wheel types. In our case attached to a spring-loaded rear swingarm.
