Hello, as a general rule, sensors/devices with ANT+ technology are compatible with each other. I tested my bryton 750 with garmin FC and Cadence and it works great! I hope I have helped

The Manufacturer´s Site informs that it is compatible with the "radar" device, which informs cars approaching on the road, however, there is no information about compatibility with cadence, speed and heart sensors from other manufacturers. It would just be testing to assess such a possibility.

It is compatible with all ant + sensors. I have not tried Bluetooth sensors

Not sure about wahoo but it works with Garmin varia radar. The package includes cadence, speed and heart rate monitors which work very well. I´ve been using this for about 2 months and am very happy with its performance. Best bang for buck out there.
