No it is not. It is just the main shifting housing and the mechanical cog. You’ll need to use your shifting lever. It will solve the stripped shifting problem !

Hi - I have a 2009 (possibly 2008) Centaur 10 speed groupset (the final year before they downgraded Centaur to ultra torque) and the right gear shift is quite worn. Can I use the centaur carbon brake from my old shifter on this mechanism and are there any other compatibility concerns?

Hi. I'm running 9 speed carbon record and seeing if these could be made to work with 9 speed? By changing the internal gear for example. Looking for spares for my 9 speed.

No need to change any gear. Installing the 10v mechanism and logically adjusting the rear derailleur so that it doesn´t jump on the last pinion. You lose a speed but it would be worth it. Another option is to put the 10v mechanism and change the cassette to 10v since both the hub and the rear derailleur are compatible for 9, 10 and 11v.

This is only the repair parts of the shifter. You use your existing brake lever. Its fairly easy to swap.
