Classic cable shifter system compatibility

Can this be used with classic cable Ultegra/105 system or it's only Di2 compatible and there is no space inside for second cable housing from shifter?

It has been designed for Di2 but I have seen it with a cable system. From what i hear it s not trouble free when you use regular cables. I would stay away from it.

There is room for both a brake and gear cable. Bit tight for mounting, but it fits.
