We pulled out all the stops to make what we consider the ideal base layer for mild- to cool-weather cycling.
The focus is on keeping you dry, so we’ve worked with multidenier polyester that offers minimal moisture absorption combined with mechanical wicking to move moisture away from your skin.
The main body uses a 3D rib-knit structure for exceptional stretch, but with channels that hold the fabric off your skin. The armpits are mesh, while the sleeves have a four-way stretch construction for comfort. All seams and the hem are flat seamed for comfort.

Been after one of these for a while and every bit as good as expectations if not better. Absolutely toasty on a chilly English winters day and the high neck provides a seamless/gapless junction at the outer jersey collar so no chilly neck drafts. Usual quality service from Bikeinn as well.

The product is great, but it's looser than I expected. It doesn't feel constricting at all compared to Castelli's other base layers. You may want to go one size smaller than usual.

Very good quality, can be used in cold weather (5-10°) with only a good winter jacket on top. Very good sweat management: Absorbs little or nothing and evaporates quickly. Size XL for 185 cm and 85 kg (sticks to the body but is not at all tight)

I was surprised at how warm this actually is, the first time I wore it was at night and the temperature was around 40 degrees. I only had a thermal jersey over it and was almost too warm, every time I stopped my glasses started fogging up on me. Thankfully it breathes well and wicks moisture as well as can be expected.

I own black and gray, but the black one has no elasticity in the neck stitching, making it difficult for my head to pass through, and it´s very difficult to take off after getting wet with sweat. The gray one is stretchy and comfortable. Does the black product on the site have elasticity at the neck? I would like to purchase it if possible.

Hello! This is a very tailor and quality item. It will work at negative temperatures, below 0°C. At positive temperatures it will be hot in it. Due to the fact that the T-shirt is very dense, this must be taken into account when choosing a size. But I think, when using it, it will stretch a little and sit on the figure. Great choice!
