You can find, spending up to twenty euros, lights that boast from 1000 to 3000 lumens, but then in reality if the yield is equal to a third it is already a "fortune"; moreover, those with more lights, after a few days of use some light bulbs no longer turn on. This CatEye product I believe has a real yield of 500 lumens; it really resists water, even that of a bike wash, shocks and for use in poorly lit streets it is perfect. Maybe for use in the woods at night it would be more appropriate to take at least an 800 lumen. Finally, and importantly, the article must be registered on the official website, by entering your code and so, in case of failure, it will be directly CatEye to correspond and it is an extra security.

The light works perfectly for me. I use it as a flash mode for other drivers to see me and it is very bright and the battery life is perfect. For my outings of about three hours, the battery works very well. I put it to charge, I have two outings (5 hours) and it still has battery left.
