Compared to the “regular” (yellow) crank clamps these make the release a lot easier. For me it has substantially improved the ease and speed with which I withdraw my foot without affecting the grip when needed. As for quality, it's always safe coming from crankbrothers!

I bought a pair of nortwave spider 2 shoes in combo with some new enduro mallets as well but with the tachette rankings the release is very hard perhaps due to the new springs, with these it is much better release softer and faster making alpine laps you have more safety

The pedals slip on and off very smoothly. I previously ordered some through AliExpress and they were super hard (you could tell they weren't original). They have a good degree to be able to handle the foot without taking off the pedal. Good buy

The Cleats arrived 3 days ahead of time, that was a pleasant surprise. What was even more of a surprise is the difference and extra 5 degrees has made. IT gives me more confidence when riding the gnarly bits. Now I need to order another set as a backup.

I have big feet and wide shoes touch my cranks when I want to remove the cove, that makes it very difficult and has made me fall, these coves have been the solution to this problem, they need less spin. Now we will see if this harms me in some situations involuntary disengagement ... at the moment in the 2 exits that I have made it has not happened to me. Good coves if you have my same problem or you are a beginner this is a good solution
