Product description Dashel Urban Cycle Urban Helmet

The new cycle helmet from Dashel. Still safe, slim and lightweight. The helmet has 5 air vents and comes with Dashel´s signature range of coolmax pads, which wick away sweat and are machine washable, to ensure long lasting comfort. This helmet is manufactured in the UK from recyclable ABS and EPS foam. Register your purchase and Dashel will recycle it for you (in return for money off a subsequent purchase) when it´s time for a new one.

- Fidlock® Magnetic Clasp - no more pinched skin! It allows you to take the helmet on and off whilst wearing gloves.
- A range of washable fit pads are supplied with each helmet. They allow you to tailor the fit to your exact head shape.
- Vegan leather carrying loop - use it to attach lights to your helmet.
- Recyclable ABS shell and EPS liner.
- Sold packaged in a reusable, drawstring backpack.

Weight:

- Small (54-56 cm): 360 g.
- Medium (56.5-59 cm): 380 g.
- Large (60-62 cm): 430 g.

How to chose the right size
Measure the widest part around your head – this is usually approx. 1cm above your ears. If you don’t have a flexible tape measure just use a piece of string or ribbon and find a ruler.

How to fit your helmet
Place the helmet on your head, push it down ensuring it sits level 1-2 cm above your eyebrows and does not tilt too far backwards or forwards. The helmet should feel snug but not constricting. Use the comfort pads to adapt it to your size

Tighten the chin strap, the ´Y´ shape should fit just below your ears. The Fidlock clasp must sit under the chin and not on the jawbone.

Make sure the strap feels comfortable but secure. You should not be able to get more than one finger between your chin and the strap.

How to Achieve the Perfect fit

Also included with your purchase is a set of black 10mm wide pads. The silver pads already in your helmet are just 5 mm thick. For a tailor made fit, mix and match according to whether your head is narrow, high, round or narrow.

The pads are just to make the helmet as comfortable as possible. They do not contribute to the performance of your helmet in a crash, if you wish to remove some completely then do so.

Remember a cycle helmet can only protect you it if fits properly. The helmet should feel snug but not constricting and sit level 1-2 cm above your eyebrows. Carbon Fibre Edition Helmetを以前購入してとても気に入ったので、違う色のRecycle Helmetを購入しました。カーボンファイバーのほうがちょっと軽いんですね。被り心地や軽さとデザインが気に入っています。今回の赤のヘルメットもとてもフィットして満足しています。

High quality, stylish helmet. Black matte color. In this helmet, you don't look funny like in many other bicycle helmets. Sits comfortably on the head, you just need to find the right fit. the head is not compressed by the adjustment wheel that is commonly found on other helmets. Exactly what I wanted! It is very good that there are shims that allow you to choose a comfortable fit, including if you use a balaclava in cold weather. Surprisingly, the support team does not respond to questions sent by me for other products in the product card. Fast shipping and easy product tracking! Thank you!
