Hello, have you this product in stock in a size 42cm x 110mm. I am putting the bar on a wilier filante slr. Does this fit of do I need to purchase a top cap adapter? If so do you sell those. Do you ship to Ireland.

Hello, I have my handlebars on a Colnago and used the adapter from the headset. It works perfectly.
