What would Euro 44 be in US sizing for this shoe? The sizing only shows US sizes.

Well, I wear a 41, and I got the 42, it suits me well, but it is a shoe that is difficult to get into due to the type of construction it has. EU 44 corresponds to sizes UK 10, USA 11.
