The store is grade 10. It is the third product I buy. This one arrived 16 days after posting. Congratulations! As for the product, it is a well-thought-out innovative model. Very nice materials despite being plastic. The bottle's support base is too bad, too fragile. It could be tougher materials for the price it is! I use a 1 LITER 360 DEGREES Wide Mouth Insulated Thermos. It stands firm because of the tape that holds it. Other than that, the product is recommended, yes. So 4 stars. I hope these stories change. And you can buy other products that are supported by support.
