I haven't installed it yet, but it's a very well built rim with no flaws or visible parts. It looks as good or as good as the Raceface arc 30, which will be replaced by the DT Swiss.

Yes, I confirm . 28 spokes. Pay attention to the confirmation of the wheel diameter. If you click 27.5 from the general page on the product page it restores the measurement from 29 to default.
