ridden around 500 miles on my Giant E+ Road bike strong, stiff - feels surprisingly light the very heavy bike feels more sprightly, maneuverable even been doing a few bunnies! a very worthwhile low cost upgrade

Can a 700 x 32 or 700 x 35 or 700 x 38 cover be mounted?

Yes, all those tyre widths can be mounted to a 24mm inner rim width 35-42mm are ideal - but you can use smaller and larger 29mm to 72mm are the upper and lower limits I use a G-One Overland Evo 50mm tyre on this wheel

In the description it says that the diameter of the rim is: 584 mm (27.5´´ / 650B). While in the characteristics the Wheel Diameter is 28´´- 700. Could you tell me what the size is? Thank you.
