It´s not that noisy. If you want it not to sound, put grease on the internal paddles and it won´t sound at all. It is not compatible with 12v cassette. at least not shimano or sram. For that you have to use a 12v sunshine.

Good evening, I have a Scott Spark 720 from 2015, with the original Syncros XR2.5 CL wheels that have hubs made by DT Swiss, but I don´t know the model. The cassette is 10 speeds. Is this freewheel compatible with this hub I have? The freewheel I have on the hub has a total length of 46.9mm. The bearings have an inner measurement of 15mm. Thanks.

DTSWISS uses the same standart in all the brand´s cores so they are completely interchangeable and compatible with each other. Even so, take a good look at the 12v because for SRAM 12v and 10T cassette you need the XD and for shimano 12V you need the microspline. All the best.

I´m sorry but the cores are specific to each brand so it is not possible to know if it is compatible or adaptable with those wheels. Each hub manufacturer makes and designs their hubs to their measurements. To get the FAWEKS you must look for a FAWEKS core, I recommend that you contact the distributor or the brand so that they can provide you with the core since it is not a common brand, at least in the US

Hi, the freehub is Shimano HG standard for dt Swiss wheels, if I´m not mistaken the NX PG cassette is mounted on a standard HG freehub just like the SX, you´ll see it in the cassette description. And always for dtswiss wheels, the core is not generic or cross-brand compatible.

Remember that Shimano standard is not the Shimano for 12v, that is the microspline core, not this one, this is up to 11v from Shimano. Hi, I have a set of roval control 29 (alloy) wheel set with DT Swiss 370s I think, with 3 pawl XD freehub driver. My question is, I want to replace with a Shimano 11spd freehub, 142mm spacing. Does it matter weather I use road or mtb 11spd freehubs is there any comparability issues or differences with the road and mtb labaled hubs, same question about end caps labaled road/mtb. Hi David, the first thing is that you have to be clear that it is a dtswiss hub, otherwise this hub will not work for you, each brand of hub builds its hubs and they are not standard. If it´s Dtswiss and it´s a 3 pawl freehub and not a ratchet, this is the freehub you need to put on an HG cassette. On the other hand you say that it has an XD (Sram) freehub and then you say that you want to replace it with a Shimano 11s, I understand that the Shimano is the one you want to mount. This freehub is for Shimano up to 11s (for Shimano 12s cassette, it is only possible with Microspline freehubs) so I understand that if you are going to mount a Shimano 11s MTB, this freehub is the one you should mount to a DT SWISS hub. Regarding the compatibility of the MTB and road hubs, they are not compatible, you have to understand that the mountain and road hubs have a different construction, among other things because the thru-axle is not the same, they do not have the same length and They do not mount the same bearings. Hello, this core is for mtb use and your model is for road use. According to the DTSwiss website, the hub reference is different between the 370 3pawl hubs for road and the 370 3pawl hubs for mtb. Therefore, the reference is different and I imagine that it will not be compatible for your wheel.
