Product description Ergon BA3 Protec 15L Backpack

his update of the best-selling Ergon backpack is now even more user-friendly. Developed for Enduro and All-Mountain use. One for all – with the completely reworked 4-step adjustable carrying system, back length can easily be adjusted between sizes S and XL. Thanks to the “Adaptive Carrier System” load compression principle and the flexible aluminium profile the backpack can now be adapted even more accurately to the rider’s anatomy. The hip strap can be shortened as required.

The bag contains a main compartment with 4 inner pockets, a separate bladder, a front pocket including a small compartment for tools and pumps, and a waist bag. The BA3’s additional back compartment offers room for the back protector (BP100) and a bladder (BH300). Even when carrying the battery in the BA3 E, the protector compartment still has enough room to accommodate the BP100 and the BH150 bladder.

Ergon ba3 e protec 15 + 2 l

I have now taken the backpack for 1 ride. It is comfortable and convenient to use (still needs to look a bit for the correct adjustment). It turned out to be a little bit smaller than I expected, but in the end it is large enough to take everything with it, certainly without an extra battery. I cycle with a Trek Powerfly LT9 and the battery (powertube 500) fits in the backpack. But then you cannot close the upper Velcro which gives no problem for safety and fixation. It is advisable to use the camelback that comes with the backpack (order appart). The back plate is a topper since you need it to be able to ride enduro. Also safe on the longer tours of course. I'm satisfied with it !!

Good backpack, resistant and very comfortable. The BA2E had the least capacity model. And I have been wonderful, but I stay small. Now I have bought the top model and it has not let me down. Very comfortable to carry on the back, almost not even the notes. Good ventilation, many pockets and compartments. Very easy to adjust to your size. I am delighted.
