The GS3 combines comfort in a lightweight package, ideal for long distance endurance athletes.
The 3-finger barend is made out of fiberglass reinforced composite, which offers more hand positions for increased comfort and leverage on long mountain bike rides.
Additional rubber is used on the barend improving the rider s grip during hand position changes.
The exclusive German produced rubber compound found in the grip and on the barend enables precise steering and control, all while still maximizing optimized damping features.
The grip provides ideal comfort over long distances through ultimate pressure distribution and ride tuned flex.

Comfortable, gives you extra hand position, lightweight, easy to install, adjustable barends angle, are looking durable. Great for long rides, especially on bumpy roads to reduce trepidation effects to the palm and wrists. Also you get an additional hand position from the barends, which are good looking and not bulky. My only regret is that I ordered the size S, which are quite thin. I use gloves size 8, but I'm used with slightly thicker grips so I should have go for L.

I've used Ergon grips for years, and love the comfort and reduced pressure on the hands. They especially help with my Carpal tunnel, and the longer bar end on the sides gives a welcome change in the riding position.

I wish bikes would come with grips like these. I bought a pair for my Orbea Vector 20, because the default ones made my hands numb. Numbness is gone. I can only recommend these grips!!!!

Ergon GS3 grips have the great advantage of being low weight and also comfortable. They are special for long trips and when there is the problem of numbness of the hands. They are probably not ideal for the most extreme cyclists, but in my case they have worked very well for me. On my other bike I have the Ergon GP2, which are a bit heavier and not as comfortable as the GS3.
