It's a set of instructions and measuring tools for making the bike fit on a mountain bike. They are easy to follow.

Is a very good fitting box to optimally adjust the bike itself. Is everything available and well explained and makes the settings easy. Of course everyone is different and one or the other would like the saddle a little closer or further away from the handlebars, but for a basic setting it is very good, but with one or the other it will certainly need fine tuning afterwards. Would definitely buy it again.
