Coming from a SIDI 42, I was also a 42 in these which I was happy to get the size correct the first time (phew!). Love the air vent at the bottom, love the colour and are very light. They would be too cool if you live in a cold climate.

27.5 cm in Japan size is best, 43 EU (27.7 JP) is enough to put one thin insoles. Size feeling is just right. It is for the first three holes, but it did not feel so comfortable. For myself, Long Ride, Pottering is just right for shoes rigidity. Because it is a single BOA, around the tiptoe is adjustable for the Velcro, it can be tolerated without problems. It is rare if velcro straps are stupid. Generally it is good.
