- Performance Elite forks are now available in the 34, 36, and 40 fork families. The 34 and 36 forks retain the same adjustments, dampers, weight, and 7000 series aluminum upper tubes as Factory Series, but have black anodized upper tubes instead of Genuine Kashima Coat. The 40 has a different damper (with fewer adjustments) but continues the black ano upper tube theme. A Performance Elite graphics package is found on these forks to tie in the black-on-black look.
