Hi, my original chainring is 36 bcd 96 and 24 bcd 68 can I install this chainring 38 on my bike? Will it work perfect with the 2x11 kit and another 24 chainring?

It depends on your front and rear derailleur capacities. And you must check the possibility to move your front derailleur upward on 3-4mm.
Do you have a 38 / 24t? or one that works for 2x9?
