hello to you, these adapters are mounted directly in the diameter 30 bearings of the bottom bracket: insert the two adapters from the outside and you can mount a shimano crankset diameter 24 for the width, you will have to adapt the position of the crankset by playing on the shims diameter 24 and adjust the chain line accordingly good luck

Hello. In my case, compatible with ceramicspeed BB30 dub bearings for Sram. I´ve been using the shimano adapters for a year and have had zero problems.

Hello! If you have a frame with BB30 that is 68 mm wide and are going to use a Shimano crank, you should have other adapters that are based more on the width.

When installing the FSA PF30 24 Reducer, should I use loctite retaining compound, grease or leave dry between bearing inner surface and the reducer mating face?

I have used these on Shimano cranks and Rotor Aldhu 24, saved me having to buy a new BB when the old one was fine. My recommendation would be to use grease. You have 2 different materials (Al for reducer and usually steel for bearings) under load and if road muck gets in there, it could make it very difficult to get it all apart should you need to service the area (BB service, internal cables if you have them). You won´t cause any harm, only a little more weather sealing by adding grease. Best of luck!
