What is the internal / external rim width? If wheels are C17 internal / external width should be 17mm and 22.5mm respectively however in provided product description it's different.

Is it valid for 10 speeds?

Is it suitable for 10 and 11 speeds? Right now my group is 10v but in case one day I change to 11v.

Yes it will work I installed my racing 3’s with a Shimano 11 speed cassette ( this wheel set would be compatible with a Saram set up as well) your derailers would have to match the 10 or 11 speed cassette winch ever cassette is installed on your wheel.
