I replaced these pads on Shimano XT calipers associated with Galfer Shark discs...., now when I brake I move the curves of the paths and I can brake even in flight in jumps!!!!

According to Shimano´s information, yes. On Shimano´s website for replacement pads it says "COMPATIBILITY MODEL BR-M8120, BR-M8020, BR-M7120, BR-M6120, BR-M820, BR-M810, BR-M640, BR-MT520, BR-MT420 ". I use these and I have Saint BR-M820.
