Product quality - exact replacement of the original Gamin watch band (5 stars) Delivery timeliness - one week delay as per estimate schedule. This could be due to public holidays here. There is also no triggering that the parcel had arrived. Just put inside the letter box. (4 stars - benefit of doubt) Replacement assembly tool - two screw drivers provided. This is good but there is only one spare pin and two screws. Hence, use back the old pin and two screws for one of the band assembly. (2 stars) Overall - 3 stars (recommended)

This was the first time I was placing order on this site and was bit concerned about the delivery as I am from a different country.
