Garmin Forerunner 235 Watch

In the Forerunner 235 GPS training watch you will find a screen with good resolution, excellent connectivity and adequate battery life . This version of Garmin is designed specifically when you want to comfortably run.

As for its appearance, this model resembles a normal digital clock. Through 5 buttons and 4 keys around the housing you will efficiently configure the equipment. In the back, it has a sensor to control the heart rate. Other indicators that you will measure when you wear it are the time of your training and then your recovery. As for notifications you can hear them in a loud sound.

The silicone strap contains enough holes that improve the fit on the wrist. The duration of the battery is two weeks and with the constant use of GPS it reaches the top of 11 hours. If you want to extend the battery life, turn on the saving mode that turns off the GPS and Bluetooth options.

Heart Rate Measured at the Wrist
Forerunner 235 uses Garmin Elevate™ heart rate technology. An optical sensor measures heart rate 24/7 at the wrist, giving you the option to run without a strap. Its colourful gauge identifies your heart rate zone and beats per minute in real time.
