Good morning: I´m Gavino from Sassari Sardinia, I would like some clarification on this product, hub versus pedal, Gurpil Back -Pedal 18t rear. 1st The cost of this part is €14.99 or are there additional costs, 2nd what material is this hub made of, 3rd when the drive wheel is blocked without carrying out any movement both forwards and backwards the hub rotates both forwards and backwards, i.e. it is neutral on these two movements. The wheel is not fixed, if you pedal and stop the crown, the wheel remains free to turn by inertia, put the pedals back and brake, gradually harder until the wheel is blocked (going backwards opens a brake jaw).

Good morning, shipping costs must be added to the price but they are usually quite cheap, at most you must add an additional 10 euros. The hub is made of aluminium/steel and is very resistant and I have mounted several without having any problems. If you don´t rotate the pedals backwards the hub spins in neutral and does not lock
