Yes, it is not a lock to leave the bike and go, it is as a reinforcement or something occasional

Yes, it´s very easy. In fact, I had to cut one with pliers because the lock got stuck and the combination didn´t work. They were old pliers that cut little but with a little patience I soon cut it. These zip ties are used to leave something unattended for a moment and prevent someone passing by from being tempted to take your belongings, but if you leave it for a long time and someone wants to open it, they will not have much problem doing so.
