Like Shimano SPD, it is easy to fit, like TIME mud is better, a cleat for Ht M1 Cross Country, a new classic pedal ideal for cyclocross. It's gentle to the knees because there are 4 degrees of play. There is also X1 F cleat which is play 8 degrees, but X1F is easy to get out and there is little sense of crispness, so I prefer 4 degrees. I liked the place with 2 kinds of 2 shims for height adjustment. The pedal becomes easy to fit when inserting the thin shim.
