Fantastic for internal routing!

These liners are fantastic for internal cable routing. One of the ends if flared, which means that it does not pass through the plastic piece that holds it in place before it enters the bike frame. They do bend easily, if you are planning to use them at the bottom bracket junction, so I suggest putting the shift cable through before bending them. Overall, great product. Highly recommended!

You can't buy a 1.9mm liner tube for shifting anymore. It feels good to be able to change gears quickly
