The Protone weighs just 215g and uses a 3D Dry padding with a multi-layer open cell construction process to give a more comfortable ride.
It has removable and washable inner padding, made from CoolMax fabrics and its inner padding fabric has been treated using the Sanitized antimicrobial process.
KASK has also continued to use its Multi In-Moulding Technology to create a polycarbonate cover for the top, base ring and the back of the helmets shell.
This is joined to the inner polystyrene cap via KASKs In-Moulding Technology to improve the shells shock absorption.
Its strengthened frame further reduces the risk of a shock breaking the shell.

In case of shock it prevents the helmet from breaking into many pieces, allowing gr.

In moulding:- The innovative in moulding technology, joining the inner polystyrene cap to the outer polycarbonate one, ensures a better shock absorption.
MIT:- The MIT Technology, applied to all KASK cycling helmets, guarantees a higher safety and a complete protection thanks to the polycarbonate layer that covers the shell on the top, on the base ring and on the back.
Octo fit:- Rubberised Micro Dial adjuster provides improved finger gr.

Floating cradle contact points combine internal gel pads for optimum comfort.
These supports are designed to oscillate freely through 180 allowing a perfect fit on any shaped head.
The Skeletal Brackets of the cradle have been designed and refined to provide the best fit and support whilst being as light as possible.
Sanitized treated fabric:- Inner padding fabric treated with antibacterial and antimicrobial Sanitized process.
Aero control:- Incredibly aerodynamic and top performing shell, tested in the wind-tunnel and able to provide a really impressive CX rate.

Great helmet. Sits nicely on the head. Convenient fixation. I have a head of 58.5 cm. Always on the border of sizes M and L. Size L fit perfectly. The helmet does not look big and looks very nice!

I tried this helmet on in a store before, but they no longer had the white version. I knew the fit was right for me and then I ordered it from Bikeinn, where there was also a big discount. It was delivered within 5 days (was a weekend in between) and it fits and looks great. Nice that it comes with a storage bag to keep it nice.

Highly recommend the helmet. this is my second one. Comfortable and well ventilated. Had no problems on 35 degree days. Most of my rides involve climbing. Ordered from Australia. Quick and easy ordering. Good communication from Bikeinn. Received my order 16 days from the day of ordering, 2 days earlier than expected, through DHL. Item was well packed and undamaged. After the crash where my old Proton saved my skull (not sure if there is some brain inside) the new Proton was the obvious choice. The delivery was not as smooth as usual with Bkeinn, the period of delivery to the bikeinn´s central hub was long enough, but after this step all went fast. My favorite white color to combine with the team kit, perfect ventilation, light weight - a brilliant combination I love. So now I´m fully protected over ready to the race!

The Kask Protone is light and sits snug on my medium size head without looking like a mushroom which looks great. As its a semi-aero helmet, I found it warmer than my other helmets with more vents. One thing that I found was an issue for me is the helmet adjustments at the back that makes it difficult for me to wear my glasses. Maybe its my glassed but i had to fiddle and adjust my glasses to fit just right or my glasses ends up misaligned to my face and that’s a little annoying. Delivery wise, it took about 2 weeks to Singapore.

Best helmet you can get for the price. 229 gm pr a M size, fits perfectly even if you are wearing a bike balaclava, there's room for the sunglasses's rods and it's really ventilated. Leather chin strap give it an high end finishing. Can't be more happy of the purchase.

This was a replacement purchase for my old Protone. I I have a misshapen head and many helmets don't fit - I need to get Large to get a good fit side-to-side but most helmets are too long for my head shape. Protone has a great adjustment mechanism that cradles my head and it stays put. It's light, cool (air flow) and provides great fit. I have used it for Ironman distance races in hot/humid climate and loved it.
