SRAM derailleurs feature a rotating cable pulley wheel that acts as a radius for the section of rear shift cable between the derailleur cable stop and pinch bolt (completely different from the pulley wheels that guide the chain, which are available here). SRAM´s factory cable pulley wheels are manufactured from plastic and are susceptible to damage and wear. In addition, the higher overall shift cable tension of modern 11 and 12 speed drivetrains can result in small parts such as these wearing mush faster; plastic parts that act as cable guides often develop grooves as a result of increased cable friction, a type of wear that can inhibit proper cable movement making proper derailleur adjustment impossible. KCNC, never short on ingenious solutions, has designed an aftermarket replacement option for SRAM´s factory cable pulley wheels.

Yes sir, the GX tensioners have this riveted pulley but it can be removed and installed with an M4 screw and M4 nut.

Hello, make sure that your pulley has a screw to be able to replace it, in my case it has a rivet and I couldn´t change it. My change is an NX EAGLE.
