I believe it is compatible. I use it with a 11-32 cassette and i don’t see why it should work with a 34 cog. There is plenty of space between the cog and pulley wheel

Hello, with a short cage will allow cassettes with a 28 teeth maximum. For a compact groupset (50/34) and a 11/28 a chain with 116 will be enough. Regards.
