To mount them on a Shimano Ultegra Di2 11-speed derailleur you would not have to change anything (chain or bracket), it would be to put one of 14 and another of 12 or 13

Someone correct me, but the 12, 14, 16 tooth pulleys are for a SRAM or compatible system in which the teeth will always be even, one thicker than the other. If the pulleys you are going to replace have odd teeth, 11/13 or 11/15 teeth, buy pulleys with odd teeth. You cannot mix evens with odds.

NO, If you have the "shimano cage"...YES, if you already have the "KCNC cage" assembled in the "Shimano Rear Derrailleur" (and if the KCNC cage allow 2 x12 tooth) In my case, my KCNC cage for Shimano 6800 rear derrailleur only allow 1 x 14 tooth + 1 x 16 tooth... Best regards

Hello, I personally did the same change of rollers for an 8000 series xt and I didn´t have to add any link and it changes perfectly, I hope it works for you.

First check that your tensioner allows the change to larger pulleys, if not, you will have problems in the change. To change a chainring with 2 smaller/larger teeth can be done without changing the chain, so in this case there are 4 more teeth, you still have to add 1 link.
