Great rim for touring and gravel, sensibly priced

I bought this to build a wheel around a 36H Shimano Alfine hub gear box. Buying rims in Australia is quite hard with so many types that aren't right in just one detail. BikeInn was the only one I found that stocks sensible rims at sensible prices, in this case a strong 622x19, good for 700c tyres up to 40, perhaps 50 mm to give a smoother, more reliable ride on the quieter gravel roads round here. It also matches my front wheel, so quite a find for me. I was a bit worried about damage to such a large, fragile thing in the post but it got through all right in stiff cardboard held together in a big postal envelope. Now I just need the right spokes . . .

well-finished product, 2x eyelets, made in Romania [reprazent!!], built up nicely. Visually however the rim joint isn't hidden like the top-of-the-line A719 product

from Japan. I bought it for an old hybrid bike with an end width of 135mm and assembled it by hand with a DEORE hub. Nowadays, not only rims but also silver-colored bike parts are decreasing sharply, there are few options for 700c wide (ETRTO 622 x 19C) silver rims. I've been using it on my feet for over a year after hand-assembling, and I think it's a rim that looks and is very durable. I'm glad I bought it.

Not the lightest, but the only sensible rim with an internal width of 19 mm, with a braking surface and in silver in this price segment. Roasted, robust, simple - but with a classy look. For the price, my absolute No. 1 for the ATB or the Commuter!

This is a 700c rim (ETRTO 622-19).

It’s a 700c rim, I bought mine to replace a 700c Mavic open pro on a touring bike. It’s a slightly wider rim than the open pro but is 700c. I hope this answers the question appropriately.
