The Mavic Essential BibShort training shorts for comfort, support and top fit daily. It uses the new construction that has elastic bands on the shoulders for a comfortable fit. On the thighs, the new extra-light Ergo Grip SL technology offers a wider elastic construction, providing the right hold without sacrificing weight.

The Ergo 3D Pro has an exclusive multilayer construction in OrthoLite. This reduces weight while ensuring comfort even in the up position. New version, lighter and more profiled, of this pad, made with OrthoLite memory foam under the ischial area, which increases the absorption by 20% compared to a normal pad. It is designed for routes of approximately 6 hours.

Slightly tight, but stretchy and comfortable

These definitely come up slightly small. I'm a big guy and bought 2XL and find they are slightly tight but stretch out around the legs, but also a bit short in the straps - which is surprising as I'm 6ft 1, which isn't exactly that tall. Overall they are comfortable though and the padding is slightly thicker than normal, so off the bike you might well feel like you are wearing a full nappy.

Tried all lot of other bib shorts and it's the only one with the sewing that goes around the contact point.

I tried a ton of other bib short and I was always unconfortable with the sewing near the contact point. On those bib shorts the sewing goes around the pad.

Good for the money but not Great

I checked out a lot of reviews before I looked for these because they said the chamois was really good. Whilst it’s better than some of the budget ones I have it is not fantastic. It was a reasonable price and they fit really nice but I am after more padding.

They are good quality bibs that also have a little bit of extra padding as well. Thicker than usual bib shorts, but construction is great. Fits like most other brand bib shorts.

Nice quality shorts. Still comfortable after 80 Kms. The sizing is leaning towards the small size. Definitely a French medium, which can be a UK large , but are ok.
