Is the tyre bead made of wire or is it foldable. The advert is not clear.

This tire has a very solid or metal bead. It cannot be folded into a box like soft flexible bead tires. For shipment it is twisted into a smaller size in order to fit into a smaller box. Again, the bead is NOT Kevlar or a very flexible material. It is much more like metal or flex steel.
