INTEGRATED REAR LED LIGHT:
- Part of our ?Be Seen? project, MET IDOLO is equipped with a rear reflective sticker and an integrated rear LED light with a steady and blinking mode to keep you safe and in view in darkness and low light.
THE MET CAM DIVIDER - LOCKED IN, HELD TIGHT:
- MET?s cam divider provides two levels of extra stability and security, with a built-in crimping bar on the divider
that grips the helmet strap, preventing slippage.

Very good and comfortable helmet, considering the price. My head is 57 cm, so M fits perfectly, plus you can use inner layer in cold seasons. Delivered to Kaliningrad, Russian in very fast period 14 days.

As I have a big head (63cm) the XL fits perfectly. it is comfortable and only lacks a net for insects in the front then it would be perfect but I still recommend it. 3 business days to deliver.

I am very satisfied with this helmet. It fits very well, I forget I have it on my head, even after the whole day of cycling. Good ventilation. In size M (and a head = 56cm) I can comfortably fit a base layer under it so it is good for all seasons. It is lightweight, has a light at the back with two modes - blink and steady light. Batteries were supplied. Two weak points - the adjustment system of straps above the ears is not great, and there is no insect net at the front.
