I had been looking for a 10 speed Campagnolo cassette with a maximum of 30 teeth for years. Now I can ride 34×30, ideal for the Alps. I do have a new rear derailleur with a center cage (Campagnolo Veloce). It shifts perfectly and can handle a maximum cog of 32 teeth. I am very happy with the MICHE Primato Campagnolo cassette 11 - 30 10 speed.

Cassette to put on a Campagnolo Eurus for winter training, coupled with a Chorus/Record set and KMC EL chain the gear change is done like with a Campa, very fluid, certainly a little heavy but it's sturdy.. ..

Works well with my existing 24 year old Campi derailleur and my 8 saw chain. new. The packaging should be clearer about compatibility (Campi vs Shimano)

The Mirage group was 9-speed from 1999, so your bike is from 1998 or even earlier, impressive. The Mirage hub of the 8-speed group still has the ´old´ Exa-Drive spline pattern, which is unfortunately not compatible with the new spline pattern (for 9-12-speed pinions). According to the Miche website, the Primate 8M cassette (I assume that this is the one in question) has the ´old´ Exa-Drive spline pattern, so it should be compatible with your hub, see the homepage Miche primato-8-m : )

As long as the wheels have a campagnolo compatible hub they will work with this cassette. Shimano/SRAM splines are different than Campagnolo. This cassette fits Campagnolo.

Hi. If you buy a standard Campagnolo 9-speed cassette it should be compatible; I swapped a Chorus for a Miche (both 9 speeds) and I didn´t feel any difference in gear change prediction. Attention, Miche produces cassettes compatible with Campagnolo (ex xenon) and Shimano.

I exchanged a 9V Campagnolo Veloce cassette for one of these 9V ones from Miche. They are compatible. Even the cassette extraction tool is the same. No problem.

Hello, This is not optimal, the indexing will be random. You need a campagnolo freewheel body on the wheel. It will work with Shimano Tiagra derailleurs anyway.

My bike has a Shimano Sora group set. However, my wheels and 8 speed rear cassette are Campagnolo. My gearing is too high, therefore im keen to change my rear cassette from its current 13-23 to 13-28. Originally, its rear cassette was Shimano 11-25 so im hoping the Sora derailleur can take it. Im wondering if all the Campagnolo cassettes have the same fitting to the hub? Should this work okay? I have a new Shimano chain already as this is what has been on the set

Hello, I have used this cassette and it works well. Yes, it will fit your Campagnolo 8 speed hub, but unfortunately the cog spacing for Campagnolo 8 speed is incompatible with Shimano 8 speed systems. In addition, Campagnolo 8 speed cassettes do not fit Campagnolo 9/10/11 freehub splines. You will need to rebuild the rear wheel with a Shimano hub, or purchase a pre-built wheel for Shimano. Take a look here; there are some nice and resonably priced Miche wheel sets for Shimano systems. Purchase a Miche f/Shimano, Shimano or Sram 8 speed cassette with your ideal ratio. The Sora rear derailleur cage, short SS or long GS will work with a low 28T cog. Your objective may be accomplished with some specialy customizing, but this is a different level of system integration opposed to staying straight forward and stock.
