Hello, A priori, yes 600A if it is well indicated 24 (diameter in inches) 24x 1 3/8 corresponds to 547 mm, these are older leighweight or Schwinn tire sizes!

hello, I put it on my wheelchair they are 24 wheeled they are super comfortable for the street they are a little wider and have a higher profile, you are going to have to change the front wheels to compensate for the center of gravity preferably at 120mm or 125mm, but you will notice the change, it will be super comfortable and you will hardly notice the imperfections of what you step on the ground, as a last recommendation, also buy some 24*1-inch wheels, they are more agile for flat places.

The diabolo city is a 600A x 37 tire. It is indeed a 24 inch (wheel diameter) however the section of the tire is 1.5 inches (37 mm), 2.5 inches corresponds to a tire much larger. larger, about 63 mm in section.

The 24 is the diameter in inches, not the width. (Actually 540 mmm rim diameter)
