Ever notice the gaping hole on the bottom of your Fork Steerer?
For awhile I’ve been trying to develop a single product that would plug ALL tapered forks. It took so long because tube thickness varies, depending on the forks travel and its manufacture. Making the Fork Cork easily removable without tools also deemed necessary in my mind.
Each cork and turn knob is milled from a solid core of high quality aluminum then anodized for style and longevity. The stainless steel screw will not rust despite the rough elements it will see. The proprietary neoprene washer will last as many twists’ and turns you throw at it. Fork Corks are manufactured and assembled in the USA to ensure they’ll last.
Besides keeping the inners of your headset dry you can stow (secretly)

Perfect for protecting the inside of the fork steerer from mud. Easy, quick and reliable fixing. After a day at the bike park it didn't move. On the other hand, the storage space this creates is really very small.

The fork cork is easy to assemble and fits perfectly. The small storage space in the head tube can be used for tire plug repair kits, etc.

I have a 1 1/8 tapered headtube with a Pike 160mm fork. This fits beautifully and stays in place once tightened. I store a tire plug repair kit in there out of the way.

This little gadget worked great for my Rockshox Zeb fork and allows me to store a bunch of things inside my steerer tube. No tools needed for installation, plugs the hole perfectly and watertight.

Very practical and simple to operate, it is a tool-free lid that allows you to use the space in the tapered tube to store something. It is somewhat high (between 10 and 15 mm) which takes up space in the wider area but this is an unavoidable feature to allow a secure grip. It is recommended.

I´ve bought thia device and after I´ve ask myself do I realy need it? Our post is very week so I was waiting for parcel like 2 weeks but finally got it ... It looks simple but very well done and really it works !!! Now I canstore some tools, CO2 cartridge and some other things in steering tube. I don´t need to remember to take tools with me now and carry them in my pocket. Yes I need this device and I can recomand it!
