I ordered an M. I am 177 and weigh 68kg. It is perfect for me to put thermal underneath. Be careful, the sleeves are VERY narrow, I have a thin arm and it fits just right in that area. For the all very good

I have ordered a size L, which is the one I usually wear in mountain bike jersey, and what they have brought me does not even pass my arm, which is very normal in size. A total disappointment.
