Love my Northwave shoes but the pads have worn out, searched everywhere locally at bike shops and specialty stores, including Northwave. Replacement heel pads could not be found until I checked out BikeIn and there they were, just what I needed and now my cycling shoes will last another 5 years!!! Thanks Bike-In, and the delivery was fast too!

Hi I’m looking to buy replacement heels for my northwave shoes this item is the one the northwave website say but I have the single hole in the middle version which northwave said just add to the notes and they’ll be sent do you do the single bolt version? As northwave want over £42 to ship an £8 part

The heel replacements you’re looking for are for an older model shoe which is probably obsolete by now. My older NW shoes also had the single hole (triangular) heels which were fastened with a rivet. If Bike inn are able to supply the part you’re looking for, their prices as well as their shipping fees are more than competitive.
