Omne Air Resistance Spin is a helmet for adults that gives you all the protection you need when you´re on the bike. This POC model is made with lining in the internal area and protection in the core.
Among the characteristics that you will find in the POC helmet is that it has high levels of comfort, inside it has silicone pads. The model incorporates SPIN technology that includes pads in the housing that reduce the transmission force of impacts.

This helmet describes everything, nice,comfy,light and perfect fitting especially for smaller head circumference, mine is 57cm cir, M size is perfect for me with extra allowance avialable for adjustments, straps and clips sits perfectly just underneath the bottom tip of my ear and comfortably under my chin. My first ever poc helmet I’ve owned and left me with a lasting impression.

With my recreational xc riding and my not so much skills I probably will never fall hard enough to use this helmet, but just in case I can feel that I'm somewhat safe and pretty comfortable too

I'm was worried about buying helmets online because they don't always fit certain head sizes so I usually try them at shops before buying. I read through other reviews online and looked for one from people with my exact head circumference and bought the size they felt they were comfortable with. When I got my POC helmet, I was surprised by how well it fit on my with a slight pressure on my temples that wasn't too uncomfortable. The helmet stays on very well but you have to adjust the straps perfectly first. But once adjusted, it stays that way and you don't have to readjust. I replaced my previous helmet because of that very issue of needing constant readjustment even during rides. This helmet was a big splurge for me but I have no regrets because it's really good looking. It doesn't feel like it sits on top of my head. It feels like it's wrapped around it very naturally. Another reason I replaced my previous helmet was due to the weight. As this POC helmet is very light, that neck pain after a ride has gone away. I'm quite happy with this purchase

Very comfortable n looks great. Well-designed n well-ventilated. Got a size L which weighs 370g but I don't feel the weight. Will take it for a spin soon.
