POC Tectal MTB Helmet

Tectal is a sports helmet that generates adequate ventilation because it has been designed for aggressive driving. This version stands out for being light, comfortable and easy to adjust.

This model is created especially for cyclists who love endurance racing. At the bottom of the shell, it includes a single-piece reinforced aramid bridge. The adjustment system combines straps on the chins and micrometric closure of wheel for better handling.

The model has a wide visor that protects against the effects of UVA and UVB rays on your skin. The helmet model has 18 vents distributed at the front (8 vents), side (2 vents), rear (5 vents), and top (3 vents). The version is available in three sizes XS / S 51-54cm (320gr), M / L 55-58cm (350gr) and XX / XXL 59-62cm (370gr) and in different colors.
The well-ventilated Tectal has been specifically developed for aggressive trail riding and enduro racing and incorporates the aramid bridges system from POC?s proven and award-winning Trabec helmet. The reinforced EPS liner provides a high level of protection and the unibody shell construction, introduced in POC?s ground breaking Octal road cycling helmet, further enhances the safety properties and construction integrity of the helmet while maintaining a low weight.

Tectal offers more coverage than conventional mountain bike helmets and has a highly efficient ventilation design, optimized and evaluated through wind tunnel testing. The lightweight size adjustment system ensures a comfortable and secure fit.
