Nice shifters for little money.

Simple, economical and effective

Classic "ratchet" lever for changes. Simple, effective, light and economical. If you like friction changes, it's perfect. It comes with cables. Some drawbacks are that the screw is a bit short for a 25.4 mm handlebar and the trim sticker on it is a bit shabby, I don't think it will last long.
